RETURNS:
Due to personal taste preferences All sales are final. We stand behind our products 100%. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us Via our Contact form located in the Contact us section at the footer of our page, and someone will be in contact with you with 24hrs.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Orders placed with The Refuge will be shipped the following business day. The exception to this is holidays, and special circumstances, which will be announced via our social media outlets. If our orders exceed our current capacity and prevent us from meeting this 1 business day turnaround, we will update the content of this section of our site accordingly.
SHIPPING CARRIERS:
All orders are shipped via USPS as Flat Rate Priority, which includes tracking and $50.00 insurance, Larger orders including wholesale will be shipped UPS and calculated at time of ordering.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
A tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information once your order is ready and has left our facility.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs are non-refundable
SHIPPING RATES:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the size of the products ordered, Before the final checkout you will be shown the cost of shipping, at which point you can choose whether or not to proceed with your order. All orders with shipping addresses within the United States, are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail, which includes tracking services. Excluded are All wholesale orders, which shipping will be provided by UPS and costs will be based on weight.
REFUSED PACKAGES:
All orders where delivery is refused by the customer, The customer WILL NOT receive a full refund, If this should occur, There will be a Restocking Fee of 25% of the total purchase price as long as the product(s) ordered have not been damaged in anyway, If items are damaged upon return, we will provide a photo of the damaged product(s) to you Via Email for your records,There will be NO REFUND until a claim has been submitted to the carrier and the claim has been closed, and we have been credited for our loss.Please keep in mind that the credit received will incur and reflect the 25% Restocking Fee.
SHIPPED/RETURNED MERCHANDISE:
: Shipping costs associated with merchandise returned to The Refuge due to an incorrect address (if provided by the customer), or unclaimed packages returned to us, are the responsibility of the customer. Authorized returns are subject to a 25% disposal fee. If reshipment of unclaimed returned packages is desired, additional shipping costs will apply.
RECEIVING DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
In the rare event you receive damaged merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department via our Contact Form located at the footer of our page or by calling us at 419-396-1588 during normal business hours as soon as possible to report the damage. Upon our receipt of the shipment, we are required to file a claim per transportation company procedures.
Please note: The transportation company will require inspection of the packaging and contents. Therefore, all original packaging must be held for inspection. Detailed digital photographs showing the box, packaging materials and said-damage may be acceptable as evidence for claim purposes.
Insured Shipping: USPS Flat Rate shipments are insured up to $50.00.
We are not responsible for damage to goods caused by in-climate weather.

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: AT THIS TIME, THE REFUGE DOES NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY! We are working on it and will post to our site once we are able to ship outside the USA.
Pre-Orders Some products may be purchased as a pre-order with an estimated date of receipt of stock given to you before your order. The estimated date given at time of order is subject to change, as it is only an estimate given to The Refuge by a third party manufacturer. Orders of this kind will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of the items by The Refuge from the item manufacturer.
